Composition:
PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS (PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-OIL-WAX) is manufactured from selected, high-quality
natural waxes and oils. PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS is solvent-free
Area of use:
PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS is universally suited for all normal to heavy wear interior parquet and wood surfaces. Particularly light woods, such as maple, keep their light and even attractive surface after treatment with PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS.
Properties:
solvent-free ? maintains ? protects ? acts antistatically ? anti-slip ? dirt repellent ? gas permeable ? dries clear.
Usage:
The moisture content of the wood should be no more than 15%. The final sanding of the wood must be at least 150 grain. The surface must be dry and free of all residues. Dirt can be removed with PNZ-GRUNDREIN (PNZ-DEEP-CLEAN).
Coverage:
Approx. 15-20 g/sqm per coat. The coverage information is only intended as guidance. The exact quantities must be determined on the object.
Usage ? Floors:
Apply PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS with a trowel and work in with a single disc polisher and white pad after approx. 30 mins. A further application should be made if the wood is still absorbant. Great care should be taken that no oil-wax remains on the surface. Apply the material directly on absorbant woods (birch etc.) with a single disc polisher and Beige PAD and after approx. 30 mins. polish with the White PAD with the single disc polisher.
Usage ? Furniture:
Apply PNZ PNZ-HIGH-SOLID-ÖLWACHS with a lint-free rag and polish after approx. 30 mins. with an orbital sander or manually with a White PAD.
Drying time:
Should a second application be necessary, there must be a drying time of 12 hours. The drying time of the second coat is 2-3 days depending on the absorbency of the wood, temperature, humidity and wood moisture. The surface is fully resilient after a drying time of 7-10 days. The stated drying times are based on normal conditions (+20°C and 55% rel. humidity). Higher humidity and lower temperatures can significantly prolong drying.
Care/cleaning:
With PNZ-HOLZBODENSEIFE (PNZ-WOOD-FLOOR-SOAP), PNZ-PFLEGEEMULSION (PNZ-CARE-EMULSION), PNZ-BIO-FUßBODENWACHS (PNZ-BIO-FLOOR-WAX), PNZ-MÖBELWACHS (PNZ-FURNITURE-WAX) OR PNZ-BIENENWACHSBALSAM (PNZ-BEESWAX-BALSAM), depending on the surface and wear.
Note:
When using several containers with different lot numbers, they should be mixed together in a large container!
Storage conditions:
Several years under cool (not under + 10°C) and dry storage conditions, in an unopened original container.
