Properties:
Biological surface enhancement through selected natural substances, antistatic effect, maintains diffusion properties, protects against dampness and soiling. Thereby has a very positive influence on the air conditions of the room. Heat resistant up to 120°C.
PNZ-ÖL-HEISSWACHS (PNZ-OIL-HOT-WAX) is a solvent-free, linseed oil based wax, manufactured exclusively from renewable raw materials, such as linseed oil (from controlled domestic cultivation), carnauba wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, ceramimbi wax, mineral wax, as well as lead and barium-free drying agents.
Conforms to EN 71 (toy safety) and DIN 53 160 (colourfastness when exposed to perspiration and saliva).
Areas of use:
PNZ-ÖL-HEISSWACHS is primarily used to enhance surfaces, such as furniture, ceilings and wooden floors.
Usage:
To achieve better protection, we recommend pretreatment of the wood with PNZ-HARTGRUND L (PNZ-HARD-PRIMER L). PNZ-ÖL-HEISSWACHS is applied hot, preferably with a hot wax cup spray gun, temperature approx. 80°C, 304 jet (30-12 mm), 190 bar or other industrial equipment. Spread and polish excess after a few minutes with a polishing disc.
PNZ-ÖL-HEISSWACHS is significantly more economical than other waxes, as it can be applied using a much finer jet.
Application: Depending on absorbency and wear.
Repeat application after approx. 3 minutes, dried through after approx. 12 ? 24 hours.
Coverage:
1 litre for 70 - 160 m2 per coat (precise values to be determined on the object itself).
Storage:
Cool and frost-free, reseal opened containers firmly.
Cleaning:
Clean tools with PNZ-SPEZIALVERDÜNNUNG (PNZ-SPECIAL-THINNER).

Note:
Store soaked cloths, rags, sponges etc. in water or in sealed containers. (danger of spontaneous combustion from linseed oil component).
Also suitable for use with spray machines. Hazard class does not apply.
Use PNZ-HOLZBODEN-SEIFE (PNZ-WOODEN-FLOOR-SOAP) for cleaning. Aftercare with PNZ-BIO-FUSSBODENWACHS (PNZ-BIO-FLOOR-WAX), PNZ-MÖBEL-WACHS (PNZ-FURNITURE-WAX), PNZ-PFLEGE-EMULSION (PNZ-CARE-EMULSION) or PNZ-WACHS-FINISH (PNZ-WAX-FINISH). Giscode (hazardous substance information system code): Ö10.
