Grievance process

Everyone has the right to complain at the highest level and to point out potential grievances. We have committed ourselves to this in accordance with the UN Global Compact guidelines and we stand by this.

You have the right to submit complaints to us on all topics and thus have your voice heard at the highest level in the company.

You can also do this anonymously if you wish.

Your complaints will be addressed exclusively to the management, which currently comprises:

  • Dr. Marcel Pietsch, CEO
  • Mr. Andreas Nierobisch, CEO

Your complaint will be handled in a standardized process:

  1. Your complaint will be received by the above-mentioned persons and receipt will be acknowledged - if possible.
  2. The management assesses the complaint according to the topic and urgency and decides whether to involve neutral bodies.
  3. A neutral body must be involved in particular if the members of the management are the direct subject of the complaint or the complaint concerns the possible non-observance of personal rights.
  4. The following is currently defined as a neutral body for the purposes of the complaints process: Kanzlei M-Law, Dr. Hubert Besner, Leopoldstraße 16, 80802 Munich.
  5. The management, persons responsible appointed by it or the neutral body will process the complaint as quickly as possible and - if possible - inform the complainant of the progress of the investigation.
