Many furniture and other wood-based materials are now manufactured in Asia. On the one hand, because the global value-added chains demand it. But also because the Asian markets are economically relevant today and the domestic demand for environmentally friendly and harmless wood coatings is also growing strongly there.

Near you for over 10 years

We have been supplying our products to Asian customers and for our European customers who produce in Asia for over 10 years. However, sending wood coatings from Germany to Asia is not a sustainable idea from an environmental point of view, because every kg of paint sent 10,000 km by sea generates approx. 173 kg of CO2 on the way. And if a service technician flies from Germany to Asia, this alone generates another 6 tons of CO2 per journey.

Together with our partners, we produce Techno-Coatings in Asia in Vietnam, the largest producer of wood-based materials in Asia and Alliance in South China, in close proximity to our customers. We produce there according to our German recipes - mainly for commercial and industrial use - to the same quality and environmental standards as in Germany. Our logistics enable us to supply our customers there quickly. And colour service by our laboratory is a matter of course. We have service technicians on site to advise our customers in Asia on the right product selection and efficient application methods. In the local language, of course.
