Product Characteristics
Consumption

Approximately 25 ml/m², meaning 1 liter of Wood Care Oil evolution is enough for approximately 40 m² per application or more.

Storage

Cool, but frost free.

Cleaning

Clean tools with thinner or turpentine substitute immediately after use.

Refined natural oils such as soybean and sunflower oil, isoaliphates, natural waxes, additives, titanium dioxide, lead- and cobalt-free drying agents.

Important notices

Safety data sheet available on request. Warning! Hazardous respirable dust may be formed when used. Do not breathe dust. Wear a dust mask when sanding. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read carefully and follow all instructions. Provide adequate ventilation. To avoid skin contact use suitable gloves (nitrile). When using multiple containers with different batch numbers mix them together in a bigger container. Dispose of contents / container according to local / regional / national / international guidelines. ASN:080111. EU limit for this product (A/f): 700 g/l. This product contains a maximum of 600 g/l VOC.

Usage and Application
Application/Use
  • The substrate has to be clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
  • Oxygen and temperatures above + 18 °C accelerate drying.
  • Processing temperature (including drying) above + 8°C. Wood humidity < 18%. Air humidity < 60%.
  • Hardening takes at least 24 hours. Protect against moisture during this period.
  • Ventilate well.
  • Works differently depending on surface characteristics. Apply a trial coat first.
  • Clean dull surfaces using an appropriate detergent and let dry for at least 24 hours.

Apply Wood Care Oil evolution carefully measured using a spray can or cloth dampened with oil, let take effect for 10 minutes and then use a beige pad to rub it in until dry. No wet oil films or splashes are to remain on the surface. The surface must appear dry. Polish using a white pad after 24 hours.
