PNZ Anti-Yellowing Finish

Keeps light-coloured woods light for longer. Reduces darkening and yellowing due to UV radiation. Sustainably produced with regional raw materials.

Suitable for

Light wood in interiors and roofed exteriors. Anti-Yellowing Finish reduces the natural darkening and yellowing caused by UV-rays. It is ready to use out of the can and additionally reduces shrinkage, cracking and swelling which increases the durability of the wood and subsequent coatings. Anti-Yellowing Finish keeps any discoloration due to exposure to light on furniture, floors and wall and ceiling cladding made from light wood such as maple, beech, spruce and pine to a minimum.

Product Characteristics
Consumption

Approximately 30-120 ml/m², meaning 1 liter of Anti-Yellowing Finish is enough for approximately 8-30 m² per application, depending on the kind of wood and surface (planed or rough-sawn). Corrugated wood can increase consumption (factor 2-3).

Storage

Cool, but frost free.

Cleaning

Clean tools with warm water and soap immediately after use.

  • Processing temperature (including drying) above + 8°C. Wood humidity < 18%. Air humidity < 60%.
  • Sand yellowed wood until light, raw wood appears.
  • Drying takes at least 12-24 hours (depending on weather).
  • Works differently depending on surface characteristics. Apply a trial coat first.
