Usage and Application
Application/Use
  • The wooden surface has to be sanded, clean and free of grease.
  • Processing temperature (including drying) above + 8°C. Wood humidity < 18%. Air humidity < 60%.
  • Can be painted over after approximately 8 hours. Final hardness is reached after 10 days. Handle with care during this period and avoid exposure to moisture. Drying happens by oxidation accompanied by a characteristic odor, so ventilate well during drying.
  • During the work process the surface can be walked on with clean shoes.
  • Only step on treated surfaces wearing socks for at least 24 hours.
  • Works differently depending on surface characteristics. Apply a trial coat first.
  • Stir contents well before and during use.

Wood Oil can be applied by hand or machine. Apply Wood Oil using a roller or brush wet-on-wet and keep applying until the entire surface remains wet-on-wet and absorbs no more oil. Treat remaining dry spots. Collect the excess oil after approximately 60 minutes. Immediately rub in the leftover oil by hand or machine until the surface is completely dry. No wet oil is to remain. To increase durability polish again after 24 hours.
