PNZ Wood Putty Solution

Practical binder for mixing your own wood putty from wood flour or sanding dust. Sustainably produced with regional raw materials.

Suitable for

Initial filling of parquet and wooden floors, as well closing seams. Woody Putty Solution is usable as a binding agent for wood flour or sander dust that is to be free of lacquer and wax. Our product binds and adheres well after a short drying period. After drying it is very sturdy and easy to sand. Can be painted over with all suitable products.

Product Characteristics
Consumption

Approximately 50-120 ml/m², meaning 1 liter of Wood Putty Solution is enough for approximately 8-20 m² per application. Apply as thinly as possible.

Storage

Cool, but frost free.

Cleaning

Clean tools with thinner or turpentine substitute immediately after use.

Important notices

Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Wear a dust mask when sanding. Safety data sheet available on request. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. In case of fire: Use extinguishing powder or sand to extinguish. Store in a well ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Usage and Application
Application/Use
  • Processing temperature (including drying) above + 8°C. Wood humidity < 18%. Air humidity < 60%.
  • Use Wood Putty Solution undiluted.
  • Drying takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Can be sanded after drying.

Mix Wood Putty Solution with wood flour or sander dust (2nd/3rd sanding, grit 100/120) to produce a homogeneous and easy to fill with paste then apply paste to seam using a paint scraper. Only fill the seams. High grit sanding is necessary afterwards.
