We acknowledge a circular economy with the smallest possible footprint. Practical starting points in our company are foremost the implimintation of fair compensation. In the process we pay special attention to equal treatment of minorites in our PNZ family. In detail we support this goal with these methods:

1. Fair payment and treatment for our employees.
2. Health care and prophylaxis programmes.
3. Our CO2 neutral climate policy.
4. Ensuring minimum standard with our extensive "Supplier Code of Conduct"
5. Risk analysis in our supply chain
6. Public support for combatting poverty via select aid projects (for example Nepal-Medical-Careflight)

We support these aims and have analysed the corresponding starting points and impacts for us. An advanced risk analysis couldn't identify any immediate risks originating form us.
