Now we have reached the core area of our company. At this point we would also like to refer to the PNZ Principles and our sustainability report, in which we also describe the initiatives and measures we support. Also check out timberlove.blog, our central online magazine about climate change and ourselves. Climate change changes everything and we try to take a pioneering role as a manufacturing company:

1. Many of the things that follow now are a given for us - but are queried separately in the SDG.
   
   1. Comprehensive analysis of all factors influencing us and originating from us
   2. Our shareholders and management support our sustainability philosophy
   3. We have an explicitly formulated climate policy
   4. We have an action plan that is regularly reviewed internally and externally
   5. We talk about it in public and also report on failures
2. We reduce our energy consumption every year and improve our Footprint
3. Starting from 2019, we are not only scope 1 and 2 CO2-neutral, but also part-scope 3
4. We make sure that our supply chain does the same
5. We support everything and everyone who wants to make an effort for a new sustainability

We support this goal and and have analyzed the corresponding starting points and impact and have structurally aligned our business model accordingly.
