Properties:
PNZ-LIGHT STAIN for ceilings, walls, furniture, doors, beams, etc. PNZ-LIGHT STAIN for an intensive, evenly brightening treatment for yellowed or non-yellowed interior coniferous wood. Extremely brightening, long term retardation of progressive yellowing and protection with natural waxes.
Directions:
Raw untreated wood:
Wood must be clean grease- and sap free and smoothly sanded. Superfine finish in stages and vacuum the surface. Clean wood rich in sap by brushing. Vigorously stir and shake PNZ-LIGHT STAIN in the container. Generously apply PNZ-LIGHT STAIN in the direction of the grain until it appears evenly white and transparent without conspicuous pigment accumulations.
Important: If possible treat ceilings prior to installation. Vertical surfaces (walls) should also be stained prior to installation, otherwise, if at all possible, stain the surface generously from the bottom up towards the top in order to avoid run off streaking of the LIGHT STAIN. Wood moisture should not exceed 18%. Material and room temperature at least + 8° C.
For more opacity: Apply twice undiluted with at least 3 hours drying time in between. Heat and ventilate well. Air movement and temperatures above 20° C accelerate the drying process. Do not touch stained surfaces for at least 3 hours. Protect from water for at least 2 days! Afterwards it can be painted with almost all products.
Treated Wood:
Wood must be clean, grease- and sap free. In order to check absorption capability, stain a test sample. The stain should not collect in white puddles. Woods that have been lacquered, glazed, matted, oiled, waxed or may have been waxed must be degreased with cleaner, in any event. Sanding it is absolutely necessary.
Coverage:
Depending on the kind of coniferous wood and dilution app 60 ? 100 ml/sq meter. Apply undiluted once. Depending on the wood and wood surface.
Clean up:
Tool clean up with PNZ-SPECIAL THINNER.
Storage:
Cool but frost free. In an unopened container it keeps for 3 years. Empty opened containers into smaller, suitable containers, close airtight and use soon.

Guidelines:
Always perform a test staining! Treated and untreated woods accept the PNZ-LIGHT STAIN differently and that may create different effects. Always set up a sample area! The inherent color of the wood may create color variations. Mix several containers with different lot numbers in one larger container. Stir well prior and during use. Keep away from children. May cause allergic reactions. Recycle empty containers only. Dried material remnants can be disposed off via the household trash or as construction site refuse. Liquid remnants should be delivered to a collection point for old paint. ASN-Nr.: 120112.
