Properties:
PNZ-FINISHFILL was specially developed for edge impregnation of laminates and waxed ready-to-use parquets and prevents the absorption of water along the side joints and end faces.
Areas of use:
PNZ-FINISHFILL is a ready-to-use initial treatment for floors, where joints may occur. PNZ-FINISHFILL prevents swelling and greying as well as water absorption along edges, side joints and end faces arising from damp mopping.
Usage:
The floor to be treated must be dry and free of dust. It is recommended to treat the floor in sections. PNZ-FINISHFILL should be applied with a metal trowel with rounded corners or a plastic trowel. During use, it may be seen that water resistance increases the better PNZ-FINISHFILL penetrates into the joints. PNZ-FINISHFILL should be applied to the surface as thinly as possible. The more care taken at this stage of the job, the easier and quicker the surface can be polished.
The treated surface must be polished immediately after application. The polishing process must be completed before drying takes place. Therefore, the sections should only be as large as to allow this. For large areas, it is recommended to use a single disc polisher with a fibre pad. If a fibre pad is not available, a suitable polishing cloth can be used.
The polishing process is concluded once the appearance of the polished surface is the same as the original surface (before application of PNZ-FINISHFILL). The floor should not be walked upon during the stated drying time. The more thoroughly the floor is polished, the earlier the floor can be walked upon.
If the application is performed correctly and there is a normal climate of 20° C and 50% relative humidity, the floor can be walked upon again after approx. 2?3 hours. Inadequate ventilation, low temperature and a different humidity can lead to prolonged drying times.

Cleaning:
Tools are to be cleaned with PNZ-SPEZIALVERDÜNNUNG (PNZ-SPECIAL-THINNER).
