Product informations - PNZ INDUSTRIAL HARD OIL
Composition:
PNZ-INDUSTRIEHARTÖL (PNZ INDUSTRIAL HARD OIL) is a surface protection product based on natural oils, manufactured from renewable raw materials, such as linseed oil, soya oil, rapeseed oil, carnauba wax, beeswax and lead-free drying agents. PNZ-INDUSTRIEHARTÖL conforms to DIN 53 160 and DIN EN 71 (colourfastness when exposed to perspiration and saliva, toy safety).
Properties:
Strongly water repellent, open pored, deeply penetrating surface protection for heavily used surfaces, such as furniture, worktops, wooden ceilings in damp rooms, wooden and cork interior flooring and for biological surface hardening.
Note:
Fine wood sanding should be carried out with at least a 180-240 grain paper. The finer the sanding, the better the surface.
Usage:
PNZ-INDUSTRIEHARTÖL may be applied as a spray or on a roller. Particularly well suited for industrial application (production line). The moisture of the wood must be below 18%. Oiled surfaced are immediately stackable given the correct application quantity.
A subsequent wax application of PNZ-ÖLHEISSWACHS (PNZ OIL HOT WAX) significantly enhances durability, as does a spatula application of PNZ FINISHFILL (joint and edge impregnation). Surface aftercare with PNZ-PFLEGE-ÖL (PNZ CARE OIL) or PNZ-BIO-FUSSBODENWACHS (PNZ BIO FLOOR WAX), PNZ-MÖBELWACHS (PNZ FURNITURE WAX), PNZ-WACHS-FINISH (PNZ WAX FINISH) or with PNZ-PFLEGEEMULSION (PNZ CARE EMULSION).
Coverage:
The quantity applied should be 25-35 g per m2 (dependent on wood type). Higher amounts can prolong the drying time considerably. (More precise values should be ascertained on the object itself).
Cleaning:
PNZ-HOLZBODENSEIFE (PNZ WOODEN FLOOR SOAP) or PNZ-SPEZIALVERDÜNNUNG (PNZ SPECIAL THINNER).
