Properties:
PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur (PNZ-WOOD-OIL natural) is open-pored and moisture regulating, manufactured on the basis of natural oils. PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur is strongly water repellent. PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur makes all woods shine and emphasises texture.
PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur has a high covering power and good penetration properties.
PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur protects and preserves.
Areas of use:
For all heavy wear surfaces, e.g. wooden floors, industrial parquet floors, wood-block paving, as well as stairs, worktops, shelves, window ledges, wood composites and other wooden items. For old and new soft and hard woods, also available in white.

Usage:
PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur can be applied manually or by machine. The moisture content of the wood should be no more than 15%. Wood must be planed, clean and free of grease.
Apply PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL natur evenly with a brush or roller (oil resistant), wet-on-wet until the wood is fully saturated. Brush or roll over any dry patches. Repeat the process until the oil remains evenly glossy. The floor can be walked on with clean shoes during the working processes. Remove and collect all excess oil from the surface after approx. 45-55 minutes. Rub remaining residues of oil into the wood immediately by hand or machine. No wet oil should be allowed to remain on the surface.
Polish over, possibly with a pad, after approx. 24 hrs. This increases the surface?s resistance to wear. The floor should only be walked on with socks for 24 hours.
The surface is not resilient during the hardening period (approx. 7-10 days) and must not be exposed to water. The longer and better these surfaces are protected in the first days, the longer is the resulting lifespan. Floor covers should not be foil, but corrugated cardboard (wavy side downwards).
Vacuuming or sweeping. Clean with PNZ-HOLZBODENSEIFE (PNZ-WOODEN-FLOOR-SOAP) according to instructions in the case of extreme soiling. Occasionally treat with PNZ-PFLEGEEMULSION (PNZ-CARE-EMULSION) or reoil with PNZ-HOLZ-ÖL (PNZ-WOOD-OIL). Please request care instructions as required.
It has different effects on different surfaces. Trial coats are therefore essential.
Coverage:
1 litre is sufficient for 8 ? 12 m2 per coat, up to 4-times quantity for wood-block paving.
Storage:
Cool, but frost-free. Ensure can is well closed.
Cleaning:
Clean tools with PNZ-SPEZIALVERDÜNNUNG (PNZ-SPECIAL-THINNER) or PNZ-HOLZBODENSEIFE (PNZ-WOODEN-FLOOR-SOAP).
Note:
Keep soaked rags in closed containers or place them in water (danger of spontaneous combustion due to linseed oil component).
