Properties:
PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH is a weather proof, elastic and abrasion resistant protective coating meeting the highest demands. PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH is extremely water vapor permeable, high solid content, excellent resistance to temperature variations, very abrasion- and impact resistant, durable against bases and gasses, saltwater- and sea water resistant. For all interior or exterior wooden surfaces as for instance yachts and boats, garden furniture, floors, furniture, stairs, etc. BRD: No concerns after the dried application DIN 53160. Saliva- and perspiration resistant. EN 71, safe for children?s toys.

Directions:
The sub surface must be clean, dry, dust- and grease free. Algae, grease, dirt and other contaminants must be removed with wood cleaner. In case of repainting and risk of fungus infestation, pre-treat with PNZ-IMPREGNATING PRIMER L. Evenly apply PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH by brushing or rolling. For the first coat apply PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH diluted 1:1. After a drying time of at least 24 hours repeat with two or three treatments of undiluted PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH. Drying time between each treatment at least 24 hours. Final hardening after a few days. The coat must always be applied in thin layers. In humid areas treating all sides is recommended. Do not apply in direct sun light. Application above 8º C, wood moisture not to exceed 18%. Dries clear.

Coverage:
1 liter suffices for about 12 ? 14 sq meters per application. Depends on the wood and its surface (rough sawn or planed wood). With corrugated wood the consumption may double.

Clean-up:
Clean tools with PNZ-SPECIAL THINNER.

Storage:
Cool but frost free. In an unopened container it keeps for 5 years. Empty opened containers into smaller, suitable containers, close airtight and use soon.

Ingredients:
Surgical- and white spirit free of aromatic compounds, DAB quality, refined natural oils such as linseed oil and natural waxes, lead free siccatives, etc.

Guidelines:
When using several containers with different lot numbers they should be mixed in larger containers. Effects different surfaces differently. Therefore test applications are absolutely necessary. Stir well prior and during use. May cause allergic reactions. Keep away from children. Giscode Ö40. VbF: (German code for combustible liquids) A III. Dried material remnants can be disposed off via the household trash or as construction site refuse. Liquid remnants should be delivered to a collection point for old paint. ASN-Nr.: 120112. EU- limiting value for the product (A/e): 500 g/l (2007) / 400 g/l (2010); this product contains maximally 400 g/l VOC.

Rags soaked with PNZ-YACHT AND BOAT FINISH tend to spontaneous combustion therefore the rags should be stored in tightly closed containers or soaked in water. Keep the containers tightly closed.

Container Size:
0.75 liter, 2.5 liters, 10 liters and larger upon request.
